Very beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Cofitsa". In the resort 700 m from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant, café 350 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 700 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km, surf school 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Goede locatie, dicht bij strand, boulevard. Supermarkt om de hoek. Woning voorzien van alle gemakken. Klein min puntje bed erg klein. 140x200. Gelukkig waren er nog 2x 1 persoons bedden. Geen WiFi

Con bonito jardin en el que hay barbacoa y un porche con mesa de comedor. Mucha privacidad, si quieres tener el coche vigilado hay una plaza delante de la casa. A 10 minutos a pie de la playa El Arenal.En contra: encontre un plato guardado sucio, genera desconfianza con la limpieza que en general me pareció mas bien ajustada, falta menaje variado,armarios, potencia en la luz (tuvimos dos apagones) rapida resolución por Interhome. Resumen: acogedor, cómodo, bien ubicado pero caro.

La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de las calas más bonitas de Javea. Lo mejor de la casa es la terraza y el jardín con la barbacoa.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à JAVEA, la maison correspond parfaitement aux descriptifs et aux photos. Nous étions à 10min à pied de la plage, 3min à pied du centre commercial. Un bonheur de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pieds. Seule bémole la climatisation de la chambre souffle de l'air chaud et se bloque au bout d'un certain temps
