The master bedroom has a balcony and private bathroom, satellite TV and a lovely bay window, always bathed in sun, perfect for breakfast or drink good wine while enjoying the splendid view of the city marina. There are then a second double bedroom and a children's room with a single bed plus a pull-out. Moreover, in the living room it is a sofa bed, practical and convenient.
