About this apartment rental
This apartment is private but in town. It’s sits behind a restored 1876 Victorian home. The property sits high on a hill in town, two blocks from the ocean with water views. Please note that the hot tub will be closed for the winter.
The apartment is privately accessed behind the garage, on the second floor and has views of the pool and fire-pit (next door), Grand Manan Island, the quaint back yard gardens of Lubec and Canada's famous Campobello Island. Pool and Fire pit access is not included. View the bridge to Campobello Island while star gazing the night sky in your own ( private) two person hot tub. (Please Note: the Hot tub is closed from Oct 27, 2024 untill early May 2025….)Water in tub is always replaced and will be fresh for your use.
For cooking, there is a Jen Air gas stove top with side grill. Radiant heat keeps your toes toasty on those cool evenings. Listen to the fog horn from a queen size bed and watch the stars above through a large skylight.
Enjoy peace, quiet and privacy while still being in walking distance to down town.

We were very comfortable for 2 weeks.

The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water both in bathroom and hot tub. We had to wash a couple of dishes that had film on them. There was a nice size fridge with freezer and popcorn and coffee were provided. There was removable screens on all windows which allowed nice fresh air in. It also allowed in some small bugs as hard to seal completely. The right stove burner really jumps out when lit a blast of fire so be careful. There was enough kitchen items for use. The bathroom towels were comfortable as well the sheets. The parking was spacious and the apartment was very private being in back of the house above the garage. Overall this was a very comfortable and covenient place to stay to do all we wanted and to get back and forth quickly ro Campobella Island. Be sure to time your time there to walk over the low tide to see the lighthouse. The small village right nearby offered good ice cream and lobster sandwiches. Lubec has become one of our most favorite places to visit. We got to explore the Bold Coast less than half hour away as well. Well worth your time!!

Wonderful location within walking distance of all the shops on the waterfront. Very private and well maintained with nice kitchenette. Geno is a very accommodating host.
