Beautiful presented property,wanted for nothing all was provided.Laundry was great to have bit far to Reasturants to walk but we were self catering even having BBQs!Very quiet and peaceful not good if you want to party !Day trips were great best towns were Fano & Urbino.Cat was an issue as kept wanting to come inside.Highly recommend Roberta was a great host !

Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Thanks Roberta for being an attentive host.
