About this apartment rental
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina.
The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4).
Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one!

We loved having the lake view and the space was perfect for our family to spread out. The only downside is that the beds were not super soft.

Everything was great. We couldn’t find the remote for the living room t.v., but was able to use a bedroom remote. We would stay here again.

Our unit was as pictured and perfect for our group. It would have been nice if there had been some kid friendly plates and bowls. Also a full size trash can.

My family and I recently stayed at this property in Branson, MO. While there were some positive aspects, our overall experience was mixed.Pros:The home was clean and well-maintained.We enjoyed the nice view and found the grills easy to use for cooking out.Cons:The beds were rather uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.Unfortunately, the bar was closed and under construction during our stay.The pool was also closed, and there was no hot tub as listed with VRBO filters.Loud construction was happening right outside our front door for the duration of the trip.If we had booked this as just a resort trip, we would have been extremely disappointed because none of the amenities were in working order or were not there at all.I would recommend this property once the construction is finished, but as for our stay, I give it 3/5 stars.
