About this apartment rental
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina.
The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4).
Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar) which are open from mid-May through mid-September, marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and a game room at the clubhouse. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one!

Outdoor enthusiasts will love in this condo's proximity to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park (23 miles), and Table Rock State Park (10 miles), where you can enjoy hiking, bike trails, swimming and much more! If its adventure you want, 2 miles down the road you'll find Silver Dollar City Theme Park, home to adrenaline-pumping rides, renowned concerts, festivals, shopping and a plethora of excellent dining options. We enjoyed a 4 night stay with a family of five. The unit was more than sufficient for our "home base" needs when we were not on the lake or enjoying the Table Rock area attractions. The unit was clean and quite functional for our purposes.The location benefits from walk-out access to the lakefront, very quick access to the TikiBar and Pool at Rocklane Resort, and easy access to Rocklane marina. Check in was a breeze, host guidance was readily outlined and communicated, and all items worked as presented.

Very roomy apartment with great lake views. Convenient location to Silver Dollar City.We had several issues, and the host responded to them. Unfortunately, the clubhouse was not open. It wasn't clear that nothing is available off-season (Mid-September to Mid-May).

Karen's property was absolutely clean and everything was in working order. I would return with an adult only group, but not with children at no fault of Karen. Rock Lane appeared to be kid friendly however we were told our children could not enter into any locations except the childrens pool. So the live music? Nope. The Tiki Bar? Nope. The zero entry pool? Nope. If we had known that we would have booked elsewhere. I highly recommend the host and her condo, for an adult group. Thanks for a beautiful home for our trip.
