Perfect little home for a family

Great place

Everything was great, nice cooking area out back. We really enjoyed our stay

I gave the cleanliness 5 stars because the inside was very clean, but outside would have given it 1 star. Our toilet (1 bathroom mind you) kept backing up and upon further inspection was pooling in the backyard and had a horrific smell. Granted I did reach out to the host and said he would send plumber but we were out and didn’t want anyone there while we weren’t in. Grass in backyard was tall and when we first arrived, hundreds of yellow jackets hung on the overhang of the roof all around the house. My husband went and got wasp spray and killed about 75% but there was still more to be taken care of. It is located near HEB but next to a liquor store so all sorts were coming in and out of there. This house including the other houses on the property are all for sell. It must have been a busy weekend because they were all booked. Easy check in but instructions on checking out, no communication despite reaching out. Pros and Cons. If it wasn’t for the outside maintenance and the toilet situation we may have stayed again. Next time I’ll pay the extra Money I was trying to save. Positives- Had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Maybe they will have sold or fixed issues before the next renters book.
