HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your 4 designated parking space at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)
NOTE: There is a pet fee of $75 per pet plus a $50 pet cleaning fee. Any non-disclosed pets will result in a charge of $400.
**Some New Wave properties have exterior cameras to help ensure the safety of both guests and homeowners**

The place was clean. The pool was a little deceiving, as it was a plunge pool. The kitchen lacked a few items. There were wine glasses but no corkscrew, no large bowl for mixing salad, no serving spoons, no casserole dish and no pitcher for tea or lemonade. Also, the first concrete step out the back door was very uneven and easy to trip on. A couple of pool lounge chairs would have been nice around the pool. The bathroom was extremely small. Cable tv channels offered were terrible. All old movies. Also, we found no games, area/local brochures for restaurants, activities, shops, etc.. We are comparing to other beach rentals we have stayed at.

Clean, cute and comfortable. Great location, too. Our lil pug was comfortable, and the yard was great for her. It was a lil chilly for the pool, but we do a plunge a time or two.
