About this villa rental
Villa Aqua 2 is the perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday, combining comfort, privacy, and a prime location near the beautiful beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo. Set within a gated community, this villa offers a serene and welcoming environment, ideal for enjoying the best of the Algarve.
The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the home, bright and inviting, perfect for moments of relaxation and togetherness. From this space, you can access the exterior area directly, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, providing convenience for all guests.
The first floor houses the master suite, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering full privacy and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the rest of the home, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, the villa offers a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A BBQ area and outdoor dining table create the ideal setting for alfresco meals, while the foosball table ensures fun for all ages.
Located close to the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 2 is the perfect setting for a memorable Algarve holiday, combining relaxation, fun, and the very best of the local lifestyle.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests
However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aqua 2. The villa was comfortable, peaceful and perfect for our family holiday. We especially enjoyed the private pool and outdoor area, with the barbecue and dining space being ideal for spending time together. The table football was also a great bonus. The location was excellent, close to Coelha, Castelo and Evaristo beaches.

We had a really pleasant stay and felt comfortable from the first day. The house offered a calm and private atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable, and the team was always helpful when needed. We also appreciated the airport transfer service, which made our arrival and departure very easy.

This was a great choice for a family holiday. The house felt welcoming and well cared for, offering the right balance between comfort and privacy. Everything went as expected, and the stay was very relaxing. We also enjoyed a boat tour organized by the company, which was a lovely way to explore the coast.

A very pleasant stay overall, with a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable spaces to unwind. The experience felt easy and stress free from beginning to end. The location allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without feeling crowded. We also had a wonderful meal at the Algarbe restaurant, which was a great addition to our holiday.
