About this villa rental
Villa Aqua 3 is the perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday, combining comfort, privacy, and a prime location near the beautiful beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo. Set within a gated community, this villa offers a serene and welcoming environment, ideal for enjoying the best of the Algarve.
The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the home, bright and inviting, perfect for moments of relaxation and togetherness. From this space, you can access the exterior area directly, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, providing convenience for all guests.
The first floor houses the master suite, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering full privacy and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the rest of the home, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay.
Outside, the villa offers a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A BBQ area and outdoor dining table create the ideal setting for alfresco meals, while the foosball table ensures fun for all ages.
Located close to the beaches and attractions of Albufeira, Villa Aqua 3 is the perfect setting for a memorable Algarve holiday, combining relaxation, fun, and the very best of the local lifestyle.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests
However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.

Villa Aqua 3 exceeded our expectations. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and offers great privacy. Having the master suite on the top floor gave us a lovely private space, while the ground-floor bedrooms were ideal for the rest of the group. The outdoor lounge area with sun loungers is perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun. Being so close to Castelo beach and a short drive from supermarkets and shops made everything very convenient.

This villa is a true gem. The living and dining area is very spacious and opens up beautifully to the outdoor patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and made preparing family meals very easy. We opted to heat the private pool, which was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the barbecue for outdoor dinners in the evenings. It is a very serene environment, yet close enough to Albufeira's attractions and local restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Aqua 3. The house is incredibly cozy, bright, and felt very safe being inside a gated complex. The layout was perfect for our family, with comfortable bedrooms spread across both floors. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area—the private pool was wonderful, and the foosball table provided great entertainment for everyone. The location is excellent, just a short distance from beautiful beaches like Coelha and Evaristo. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful and peaceful villa. The house is spacious and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Algarve weather. The nearby beaches are stunning and easy to reach by car.
