Our Apart Grünhaus is located in the idyllic mountaineering village of Ginzling and is an ideal starting point for a leisurely toboggan ride, fun on the slopes on over 135 kilometers of slopes, countless excursions, tours and mountain hikes. Whether summer or winter, there is guaranteed something for everyone. Take a deep breath and feel the fresh nature with us in the Zillertal. Bus stop in front of the house with the connection to the ski region Mayrhofen / Finkenberg etc.
Our Apart Grünhaus is ideal for 2 to max. 4 people. The apartment has two comfort rooms, each with a separate bathroom incl. Shower / toilet and towel dryer, as well as a newly furnished kitchen incl. TV-SAT, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle u. Dishwasher. Ski parking, drying room including ski boot dryer, and a separate storage room / cloakroom are also available. 2 parking spaces, free WiFi, towels, bed linen ...

Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village.
It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley.
Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The village has a nice bar and a hotel / restaurant...but no shop.

We stayed here 2 years ago and returned because we loved it so much. If you're looking for something quiet, in a beautiful little village that is close to Mayrhofen then look no further. We used the apartment as our base for skiing in the Zillertal Valley and all lifts were easy to get to in our hire car. There is a bus into Mayrhofen but we did not use it. The apartment is about 15 minutes drive from Mayrhofen, 25 minutes to the lifts at Zillertal Arena and Kaltenbach. The accommodation is faultless, clean, spacious and just so warm and cosy. There is a fantastic "drying room" for wet ski boots and gear. The kitchen is well equipped and has all you could need. The family who live above are such wonderful people. 2 days we came back from hard days skiing to find fresh baked pastries and biscuits !! We absolutely cannot recommend the apartment enough, it's fantastic. Martin was always available to message with any questions. We hope to return again soon. Just fabulous !

Our accommodation was superb. The property was immaculate and brilliantly organised with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Our hosts were exceptional and made us feel extremely welcome and shared a little of their Austrian culture with us. Ginzling is a small and quiet town in the middle of nature at its best. There are numerous hikes from the accommodation that are breathtakingly beautiful.
