Very modern 2-family house "Haus Goldmann", detached, built in 2022. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Ginzling Naturparkhaus" 250 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km.

Jedes Jahr wieder kommen wir nach Ginzling zum Abschalten und Natur genießen. Die neue Ferienwohnung ist super gelungen und bietet alles, was man zum Ausspannen brauch. Wir waren in den Skigebieten des Zillertals unterwegs und konnten unsere Ausrüstung prima unterbringen. Vielen Dank an S. und W. Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder.

Haus S. bzw. Ferienwohnung G. ist eine super schön eingerichtete, moderne Ferienunterkunft. Von ihr aus erreicht man die nahegelegenen Skigebiete in weniger als einer halben Stunde
