Me and 8 girl friends booked this house for our annual girls trip. The house was exactly what we were looking for. On the beach with great views, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Locals did tell us to not walk through the sand dune and instead use the walkway one street over. The town is great! We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the island. The rental agency was very responsive too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tybee in this wonderful home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we especially loved that it was located on the top floor, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views while dining inside or relaxing at the high-top table on the porch.The beds were very comfortable, and the elevator made it easy to bring luggage and supplies to each floor. The house is conveniently located about a block from the Tybee Market, which made it easy to walk over and pick up anything we needed throughout the week.There is a nice boardwalk that leads partway to the beach, with the remaining path through the dunes and sand. For anyone who may have difficulty walking in the sand, there is also a boardwalk on 11th Street that extends all the way to the beach.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the porch. During our visit, we saw numerous birds in the trees surrounding the house, making it a delight for birdwatchers. Because of the weather, we spent most of our time on the porch enjoying spectacular sunrises, wonderful ocean breezes, and distant ocean views (the beach itself is partially obscured by vegetation).The owners also provided extra beach chairs, beach toys, and several bikes, which were great additions. Parking is a little tight, but manageable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Our group of 8 guests (2 little kids) were very happy here, enjoying the lovely house, the beach time and the local national monument and walks/hikes. We were a bit surprised that kitchen details (leftover foil wrap or cleaning supplies from previous guests, for example) were completely absent, but otherwise, the kitchen was adequate for cooking. Tybee Cottages folks were helpful when needs arose. The address was tricky to find. Overall, though, we had a great stay!
