2. Host- Attention to detail, help with planning and always available. We won the national Above and Beyond Award (1 of 5 in US) for outstanding property and service!
3. More Entertainment: Pool, Hot tub, Corn Hole, Water Volleyball, Jumbo Connect 4, Pool table, two living rooms, Lots of games and even a separate courtyard to play in.
4. Walkability: 1 block to Main Street & 6 blocks to Marketplatz (center of town).
5. Better for Large groups and Families: private pool and fenced backyard, Sleeps 6-13, and LOTS of Room to Spread Out (3500 sq ft house plus 2/3 acre lot),
*Pool can be heated to @88 degrees for $75/ day March-Oct and $100/ day Nov-Feb. If temps are too low outside and the pool can’t reach 88, Host will either not heat the pool or will turn off the heater and refund the fee. Ask Host in advance.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you plan on having loud or late night partying/pool use. CITY QUIET HOURS are 10 pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 10pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm. This property may use NoiseAware noise monitoring device (one interior and one exterior). It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations but simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Violators will immediately LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT if a neighbor complains to the host. Renter and Guests will also BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY (WITH NO REFUND on the rental) if there is a 2ND NEIGHBOR Complaint OR if the POLICE are called. YOU wIll also be Liable for The NOISE VIOLATION TICKET /FINE.
City Required Host Rules Posting: 1)Rental STR#8056001800, 2)MAX overnight guests 13, MAX daytime guests 16, 3)Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway and 5 cars parallel across the front of house, 4)City Quiet Hours 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. The house is historical yet so comfortable for our family. This is my second time to spend our vacation here and we love it! We will come back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sweet Escape! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly sized for our group of 7. It's a historic home with ceiling to floor huge windows. We spent hours in the heated pool/hot tub which was clean and well-maintained. We also loved the extra touches like the pool floats and the well-stocked kitchen. We even received a delicious charcuterie board from the host Jill! Another great touch was there were fresh flowers throughout the home - we loved that! They have a pool table we utilized nightly. And the best part - it's close to everything! Jill, our host was very communicative and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We would most definitely stay here again!

The house was even better than expected!! Jill was great at communicating and offering assistance and recommendations. The kids loved the loft room and yard. They spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and the adults loved the outdoor seating and fire pit. Excellent place for family or group trips. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Lots of floats and pool toys were an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend and would stay again.
