About this apartment rental
Dreaming of an escape from the everyday? Enjoy a stay in our Windsor Hills condo. The condo is located on the third floor and has lots of natural light coming in throughout the day. The complex has elevators for easy access to our third floor unit. It's nice to have your morning coffee on the balcony and start the day with breakfast made in the kitchen.
Best Location:
Windsor Hill is one of the closest communities to the Disney World Parks. The condo is a short drive away from Water Parks, Orlando Convention Center, Gatorland, Osceola Flea Market, ESPN Center and Discovery Cove. The condo is conveniently located next to a main thoroughfare; just minutes away from Walmart, Super Target, Publix, Carrabas, and Chick-fil-a.
Comfortable Living and Dining Areas:
As a family with small kids, we look for conveniences while on vacation. We have a high chair and stroller available for the smallest of travelers. If the kid’s clothes need to be washed, throw them in the condo's washer/dryer. We’ve created a comfortable environment for kids and adults. Relax on our oversize sofa and stylish new chair in front of the flat screen TV.
Fully Stocked Kitchen:
If you are a cook or like takeout, this kitchen has all of the conveniences of home. Some of the items we've stocked the kitchen with are coffee pot, tea kettle, blender, can opener, pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware, and dishwashing detergent to get you started. There's plenty of counter space for your food preparation needs. The appliances include dishwasher, smooth top range, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with access to water and ice in the door. We also added a Keurig coffee maker to the unit this year.
Bedrooms:
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a master bedroom and large guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walking closet and an attached bath. There's a flat screen TV located in the bedroom for a movie night for the adults. The guest bedroom has as queen bed and twin size bed, large walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a DVD player available for a fun movie night.
Relax and Enjoy the Community Amenities:
After a long day at the park or if you want to relax, spend a day at the pool and game room. The clubhouse with the pool, gym, game room and sandwich shop are just a short walk from the condo. The clubhouse also has a unique feature that will be a big hit with the kids. The movie theater is open everyday and shows a wide variety of movies for the family.

-The resort will allow a maximum of 6 guests access to the water park and pool. Only resort registered guests are allowed in the pool and waterpark.
-Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort. A valid driver's license or passport is required.
-For this home, guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval.
Note, the water park will be closed for repairs Jan.5-Feb.13, 2026. The community pool will remain open for guests to use.

The place is cute and quiet. I provided my feedback directly to the owner who said she would get it all looked into. The master had some issues with the toilet. They also need to update all of their towels including bringing in hand towels and new wash cloths.

We loved our stay in "the Mickey mouse's house" my girls refers to the property in that way. It's well located, it was clean, the beds are comfy, the appliances are more than enough, it was a really Home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and the water park and some activities the resort made for the kids
