Nice split floor plan. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy the additional amenities due to other planned activities. I couldn’t get in but I called the host and he explained how to enter the unit. There were plenty of toys for my youngest to play with. My only complaint is it could have been a bit cleaner. The floor boards were dingy and the shower pressure could have been a bit stronger but I did like the detachable shower head in the 2nd bathroom.

We had a wonderful time and stay! My grandchildren Loved it! It was nice to get there Friday & go to the pool! We ate at the restaurant food was good but most of all my grandson left his glasses and needs them for school they were so accommodating and found his glasses & sneakers. They accommodated me by letting e stop by a couple days later and meet with a woman who so kindly gave us his glasses. We hope to stay there again soon because we have 2 more day passes for Disney! Looking forward to it!

Here are the good and bad highlights of our 5-night stay. The Good: Windsor Hills is a wonderful resort. It’s clean, well-maintained and grounds were lush. Pool is perfect for kids at only 4ft deep and the splash pad and slides were a blast. Front desk was friendly. Location is close to the Disney parks and Walmart. Condo is quiet on the end of the top floor, easy parking, short walk to pool, and quick drive to playgrounds. Communication with Sujit was good. He provided a lengthy FAQ and was extremely responsive via email throughout the entire process, including responding to my detailed positive and negative feedback. The Bad: The condo needs a refresh and deep clean. The floor was sticky and grimy. The rug, patio, counters, couches, curtains, light switches, bed frames, and air vents were all dirty. No cleaning supplies were available. The walls were scuffed, and the Disney decals peeling off. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, and the kids fought over who had to sleep on the worst mattress. The linens were marked and stained, and no extra sheets or blankets were available. The towels were old and worn. Overall, the condo needs lots of TLC - and Sujit seemed committed to fixing the issues.
