My family had an excellent experience staying here. The property was spacious, in a good location, there was always parking and the host was responsive. I definitely recommend!

We GREATLY enjoyed our stay at “Capitol Hill Stay Like No Other”! There were eight adults in our group (we stayed three nights), and each person, on more than one occasion, expressed their amazement regarding how incredibly nice the house was. The property was clean and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and conveniences. The décor is both beautiful and simple (and patriotic, which I, specifically, really enjoyed. It was a fun reminder of where we were and why were there.). You could tell the house was old but had been very nicely remodeled and the property had been well loved, which added to its charm and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of our group was very happily situated with their own bed and space, while the common areas were perfectly arranged for when we wanted to be together. The number of bathrooms was also a huge blessing as we were each having to get dressed for certain professional events at the same time. The only critique I would have would be that the furniture on the upper outside deck was in rougher shape than the picture on the website showed (which, I’m sure, is simply because the picture was taken when the furniture was new). However, that did not matter at all for our group because we never spent any time on the balcony. All in all, we would definitely give it a “10 out of 10” for our particular needs and very much hope to return one day! We especially want to thank Anna, our hostess, for all of her help. She was great!

We had a great trip to this townhouse. It was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was very good in the Capital Hill area. Parking was a little tricky since it's all street parking, but we really didn't have too much difficulty. Our host was helpful and check-in and check-out were easy.

This house was comfortable, furnished well and clean. Caution, There are alot of steep steps. There is a basement bedroom and family room...we stayed in September, while the rest of the house was comfortable, it was FREEZING down there. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe, however, it is not very close to the Metrolink station, so if you're going to want to use the Metro, you might have to scooter there.
