We welcome you to enjoy your stay in this stunning, semi-detached corner house. This stately Victorian in situated in vibrant Eckington that boasts modern / updated designer finishes ! There is a unique Court yard & Carriage house in the middle of the home that's open to the big open sky.

*Bedroom 3: lover level, 1 twin bed, 1 full bed & sleeper couch that offers a very flexible, adjustable sleeping situation-- it feels like another entire apartment, with a separate sleeping and living space, along with full bath.
*Bedroom 3/4: Located in lower level with a comfortable Queen-size bed. This space is shared with bedroom 3, with a sliding door separating the two sleeping spaces.
* 2 very comfortable futons / sleeper sofas available for your use.
*The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with high quality appliances for you to use, including an oven, 6-burner stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, a capsule & drip coffee maker (stocked with a variety of delicious teas & coffees), a microwave, cooking utensils, and tons of storage space.

Convenient location- Convenient to public transportation. One block to bus stop, walkable to train station Easily accessible via keypad garage access Kitchen had enough dishes, glassware and utensils, including a wine opener Coffee provided for Keurig, filters provided for drip coffee maker Tea kettle provided Good water pressure and plenty of hot water Beds that were available were comfortable Plenty of linen for futon and living room couch use.

It's a quirky corner house. The metro was only 7 blocks away by there was a city bicycle station on the corner. There is also a very nice walking park at the end of R street. The kitchen is small for the number of available guests. The dishwasher had to be run after every meal so we had enough silverware and glasses for the next meal. There weren't enough knives to use per meal without sharing.

Toddler supplies were available and useful and entertained a 3 year old! For the adults though a few things were issues: the downstairs (bedrooms 3/4) did not have the beds as listed; on the main level there are hallway steps and additional steps into the hall bathroom which were not obvious prior to booking; the kitchen needs some attention, including the microwave. The location is convenient to groceries, the Metro and the neighborhood is pleasant.
