Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!
Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.
Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.
Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.
The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.
Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It is in a great location and the neighbourhood is very quiet.The house is very clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub was very nice. From the time we booked the villa, the communication with the host was great and the process for checking in and out of the villa was excellent. The host is very responsive. We only had one small issue with a broken hairdryer. We reported this and a new hairdryer was delivered the next day. There are some very nice restaurants and small bars in this area and a good selection of supermarkets/shops too.We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to return in the near future. Thank you

Loved the pool and hot tub. Laura responded to my questions in a timely manner. There was a bit of an ant problem particularly in the twin bedroom.
