About this house rental
Welcome to this peaceful and cozy vacation house. The design of one master bedroom with king bed, walking shower and lovely bathtub following with two queen bedroom with queen beds and on twin bedroom with two twin beds. The lovely interior design of living room with 60" TV, big dinning table and relaxing sofa. Spacious kitchen with the game room leading to the beautiful swimming pool with private fence to chill offer with heating service for pool & spa at $45/day. Perfect getaway house.
{ HOUSE RULES }
1. NO PETS ALLOWED. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING
2. Guests are not allow to smoke inside the house, lanai or pool areas. Guests will be charged if evidence of smoking found.
3. Guest checkout must be on time in order for cleaning team clean up and to get ready for next guest. For any reason that you need time for late check out, you need to request one day before checkout day. For less than two hours late check out, the cost will be $80. For more than two hours late check out, the cost will be as full day as booking cost.
4. Please keep the house as neat as possible. Any evidence of super dirty or damage, guests would have to pay for deep cleaning.
5. The A/C should not be set below 73F. Please keep all doors and windows close to prevent the heat from outdoor and to keep A/C operate functionally.
6. Please communicate with host for any issue during your stay.
7. - Taking out the garbage on Sunday's night for collecting Monday
- Taking out the recycle on Thursday’s night for collecting Friday
