This lovely apartment boasts a large open space which includes a queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and living area with a gas fireplace. There is a separate walk-in laundry room closet and full bath. The sofa pulls out with a queen sized bed. The apartment is above the garage of a residential home, separate from the house with its own private entrance and assigned parking. It's located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, a grocery store and the bus line, just 4 miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. If your're lucky, you may wake to the smell of the ocean from the deck and catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier as you sip your morning coffee.

Lots of light, felt spacious for a studio. Nice big kitchen. Not the best stocked and needed minor cabinet repair. But overall very nice!

Everything was as advertized. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean place, and awsome hosts. Loved the welcome binder that the hosts left with their recommendations and nearby store/places to eat. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Thank you for sharing your space in such a great neighborhood with a dedicated parking spot! You really need to stock your apartment with the very basic things that people need when they travel. We had one roll of toilet paper for 5 days! We couldn't find any stocked anywhere in the space. There were also no dish towels, no washcloths, and no sponge/brush to do dishes. Also one trash bag for our entire stay. When it was full we searched for more, but there were none to be found.
