Great place to stay! Wasn’t far from Universal. Was perfect for our family of 5. Very nice, safe neighborhood. The only downsides were the fact that you couldn’t turn the air below 73 and one of the bathroom doors upstairs did not lock. We used all of the box fans that were in the closets and all of the ceiling fans. Well stocked with lots of towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, beach towels, etc. and a great host!

Pros - price for the location and amenities. The community is gated with a pool, clubhouse movie night, and tiki bar with food. The community amenities are much better than the price and are the highlights. Cons - reviews provided make the property seem better than it is. There is evidence that property is not well ventilated (ie. rusting vent grates, some mold) and is at best at 7 out of 10. In home signage instructed thermostat to stay at 73. I understand preventing damage to the AC unit but that made things in the room less comfortable. All that being said the price makes it an average stay but it is certainly not exceptional. There could also be up front communication on deposit process and check out expectations so we could address trash and laundry through the week rather than scrambling at checkout. If I were to return to the area I would likely explore other options first
