Welcome home to Seaside Village. Our beautiful apartment and townhome community nestled in the heart of Galveston, Texas. We are just a short trip from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, the Pleasure Pier, the Strand, fine dining, and abundant shopping. With nearby Gulf Freeway 45 and our central island location, your commute will be the last thing on your mind. Come enjoy Galveston Island in your spacious stress-free vacation rental! This is not a party place and no events are parties, loud music or intrusive behavior will be allowed.

Our VRBO has recently been updated with new mattresses, new pillows, updated furniture, new accessories, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new paint and more!

This is a beautiful condo is on the second floor and is a townhouse so there are stairs. Pool viewThere is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.

I looked forward to my stay there. The first impression was not good. There was caution tape and construction on the property everywhere. As we walked to are spot we were greeted by Corbin who was very kind and helpful. We walked up to the entrance to encounter workers throwing things down from the roof maybe 5ft where we were staying. That was a little stressful. Then we walked in the place and the inside was very nice. Which was a wonderful surprise. The rest of the days except the last day there was sawing and hammering till 6pm. People hanging out on the steps we walked down constantly . Saws hammer nails and other equipment laid across the entrance. It was definitely not safe. I took a few pics to prove a few things. I contacted Corbin he said he would contact the roofers. But it was bad everyday. At one point at the end of the night several people were grouped together around the vehicles leaving a very intimidating situation. Finally on checkout day Sunday it was quiet. Very disappointing. This place has potential but safety should be put first. I would wait till construction is done.
