The Chateau Latour is one of Paris Perfect’s most popular Paris apartments with its spectacular views of Paris. From your extra wide balcony, you will see the Sacré Coeur in the far distance and the iconic Eiffel Tower that is just a few steps away from your door.
THE APARTMENT
The breath-taking views can be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom 1, so you can wake up to magical views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris streets every morning! Fully furnished with antiques in a sophisticated, classical style and, this sunny and spacious apartment is the perfect home away from home for your time in Paris. The large open plan living area features a designer sofa that converts into two extremely comfortable twin beds. The light-filled bedroom 1 is en suite, and the second bedroom features two twin beds and amazing views. Central air conditioning throughout the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The exceptional city views from the Chateau Latour are sure to inspire long strolls around the lovely neighborhood. Iconic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars gardens, Musée d'Orsay, Napoleon's Tomb and the Rue Cler market street are all close by. The apartment’s adjacent streets are full of elegant boutiques, world-class restaurants and cafés and enticing open markets. Spend full days soaking up the history and culture of the local museums or dive into a purely indulgent stay with jaunts to the local patisseries and Rue Cler to sample rich French delicacies. The combination of worldly attractions, exceptional shopping and dining and easy access to some of the city’s most acclaimed sites is simply irresistible and help make the Chateau Latour a firm favorite for guests.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible..
No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.
Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.
Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.

I was supposed to visit Paris in 2020. Oh, well, we made it in 2024. Perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. Enough idiosyncrasies to keep it entertaining. Great view of the Eifel Tower. Champagne chilled less than a block away, in fact pretty much anything you have to have within a block or two.
We did almost 20,000 steps one day, but that got us from our apartment to Notre Dam and back, plus some more.

This location, the apartment, the rooms, everything was just perfect. It was situated in an area that was safe, clean and just offered the most breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I brought my 8 & 10 year olds to see Aris and my family and they both loved their room and the view of the Eiffel towel from their beds! It was a very special place to stay and I was so thankful for all the amenities they offered here. Absolutely recommend it and I'm severely particular!
