About this cottage rental
Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

Host is very communicative and welcoming. The cottage feels more like a bnb or home than a normal rental, in the setup, decor, and all the things provided.They try to provide anything a guest might need and I didn't come across anything I needed that wasn't there.

We rely on reviews when selecting a place to stay, and the positive reviews of this place do not reflect reality. Likely the positive reviews are due to the owners being such outwardly nice people. Eric greeted us on our arrival, showed us the place, let us know he was available for us but would respect our privacy; and he did. He provided us with a bottle of wine for our stay, home-made salsa from Shauna’s garden, chips, and even brought us freshly baked biscuits one day during our stay. The good:1.Possibly the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed.2.Owners were responsive, prompt, friendly, outwardly respectful.3.Location can’t be beat.The bad:1.Although the place was clean on the surface, we both experienced significant allergy-induced respiratory issues while there, even though we ran the air-purifier non-stop and kept the bathroom fan/heater on during the day. This had a noticable impact on our stay and was our major issue with the place.2.Cluttered. Too much stuff crammed into too small of space, leaving little usable counter, tabletop, end table, shelf, or even under-bed storage space.
