The house was beautiful with a pool and hot tub. There is also a movie theatre, pool table, ping pong and video games. We also used the tennis courts, water park and kids play area. The location is close to everything. Disney and Universal are about half hour away. There are places to eat and shop just a few miles away. Quiet area to stay with lots to do right at the resort.

The house was beautiful! The location is quiet. The house had everything we needed. The only time we went out was to go to Islands of Adventure! Lol Ms. Dias and Jeeves were very attentive when I reached out. The only issues I had though… 1) The stove was cracked and although Jeeves said it’s fine to use. That should really be replaced because it can cause more damage in the future. And 2) The check-in process (as far as going to the actual resort lobby to get the gate cards) was difficult and I honestly think that should’ve been done before we arrived.
**Future suggestion: The gate passes or cards (for the duration of guests stay) would be awesome to already have prepared along with the guest envelope that was on the counter upon arrival!
Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful stay! And we would definitely come back!

Very nice resort, everything was great, I would definetely go back, close to Disney parks, but I would not be on Lasso Dr because you have the highway in the backward.
