This is the perfect place, the Villa is calm and safe in a gated and patrolled community, you have everything you need at a short distance. Relax by our private pool or soak in the SPA after a fun day at many of the Parks around Orlando. If you a looking for a sweet scape during a weekend or Holliday you found the Oasis. ***POOL HEATING***
There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***
We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)
***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS
The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house.
***PET POLICY***
Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed
$170 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
