The DHS Oasis is a private residence located high on Miracle Hill in the 🔥💦 SPA ZONE of Desert Hot Springs. For centuries people have come to “take in the waters” and benefit from their relaxing and therapeutic properties. We invite you to come spend time melting away the stress, soaking in the hot mineral waters, and connecting with the important people in your life while taking in the Million Dollar Views from our luxury custom-built home.
Desert Hot Springs is a resort town just north of Palm Springs and one of the greatest thermal water areas in the world. Our natural hot springs have been compared to the famous healing waters of Evian, Vichy, and Baden-Baden. The Coachella Valley has many pools and spas, very few, however, offer the real healing powers of natural mineral water.
During your stay, you and up to 7 of your guest will enjoy our temperature-controlled spa that adds in the natural 140 Mineral Water until the temperature reaches a perfect therapeutic 103 degrees!

I recently stayed at this property with my family and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a fantastic view along with an impressive spa area. The mineral jacuzzi was truly a highlight, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including the thoughtful addition of coffee capsules. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made planning easy.However, the main drawback was the overall condition of the house. While it was clean, it felt worn and somewhat neglected. Many drawer fronts were loose or wobbly, and signs of age were noticeable throughout. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect stay, making it feel just okay rather than exceptional.Overall, the property has great potential and offers wonderful amenities, but some maintenance and updates would make a big difference.

Tim was amazing and the house was even more amazing! What a wonderful chill zen getaway to take your mind off of the real world for a moment. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return for a second visit in the future.

Pros: spacious; well-stocked; easy check-in; comfy beds; hot tub when it worked
Cons: hot tub had on again/off again issues throughout our stay and didn’t work at all for an entire day. When I messaged about it, I never got a response. Cleaning crew also showed up at 11am despite us paying $75 for a late check out.
