Security Cameras: We have 4 Security Cameras (All Outdoor) on our property to maintain your safety and privacy. 1 Doorbell Camera at the Front Door, 1 Camera facing the Kitchen Side of the house, 1 Camera facing the Hot Tub Side of house, and 1 Camera overlooking the Pool and Backyard.
Guests can park in garage. 1 car can fit in garage and a driveway that can fit 2-4 cars depending on size.
Take a refreshing dip in the private non-heated pool after basking in the warm desert sun. Pool is available year round but if you dare, consider it a therapeutic ice bath during the cold season ;)

Pet Policy:
We welcome pets! 1 pet is allowed for a fee of $120. Guests who bring pets without notifying us will incur a $150 charge.
If you do bring pets, we ask that you please keep them off the furniture.
Wind Disclaimer:
Please note that due to our property's location in an area prone to high winds (similar to all desert cities in the Coachella valley), guests may experience strong winds during their stay. We recommend that guests check local weather conditions before making any outdoor plans. If we see that it is going to be windy, we add an additional pool cleaning prior to guest stays. We also keep a dirt net catcher on site.

Please read below for an enjoyable stay. Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated. Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced:
NOISE: Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 8 PM and 8 AM. No amplified sound may be audible inside a residence.
PARKING: Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or on the property.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Max Overnight Occupants allowed 8 people (between 10pm - 7am). Max Daytime Occupants allowed 12 people (between 7am - 10pm).
