In Saint-Philibert, Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 167 m² flat with sea view, less than 100 m from the beach, accessible by a footpath, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
