Discover this superb family home of 100 m² located facing the Crac'h river in La Trinité-sur-Mer, offering breathtaking views of the river and the Trinité bridge. Ideally positioned between the port and the channel, it promises you a rejuvenating stay, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre.
**Outside**, you will enjoy a **enclosed garden** perfectly maintained, ideal for family moments. The 25 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha, will be the perfect spot for your sunny lunches and summer evenings. The house also has a **bright conservatory**, a true relaxation space with a sofa, offering an exceptional view of the garden and the river, a unique setting to enjoy the panorama in every season.
Inside the house, you enter a beautiful, welcoming living space. The lounge, equipped with a large comfortable sofa and a television with DVD player, benefits from a decorative fireplace that brings a warm touch to the whole. A little further on, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people. A wide bay window opens onto the terrace, garden and sea, bringing light and continuity with the outside.
The independent kitchen, fully equipped, includes electric hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, as well as everything needed to cook comfortably during your stay.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms spread over two levels:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): one Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): one double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): two single beds (90x190)
Two bathrooms are at your disposal, one on each floor, each equipped with a bath and a shower. You will also find two toilets in the house, one is integrated into the bathroom on the upper floor and a separate toilet is available on the ground floor.
An outdoor parking space is available right in front of the house.
For added comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and a hair dryer.
