About this apartment rental
The flat is located in the beautiful & peaceful hamlet of PONTONE.
PONTONE is nestled in between RAVELLO and AMALFI ( 5km each about).
Away from the hustle and bustle but still very close from the main attractions.
From Pontone, you can easily reach Amalfi and the beach without transportation by using the ancient staircase.
ONLY stairs 💪💪💪 (~25 min)

The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment – 20-minute ride – €1.50 per ticket.
The Apartment is located in the main center of the village, few minutes on foot from the local restaurants:

*BLU BAR : bar/ coffee shop & convenience shop. Fresh bread every morning.
From AMALFI: Positano & Capri are very easy to reach by regular ferries ⛴️

Great apartment. Lots of space for a family of 4 and having two full bathrooms is great (plus laundry!). Pontone is beautiful - views, access to walking trails, 20-30mins to Amalfi (on bus or foot), 2 great restaurants, etc. Berengere is a great host - apartment was fully equipped, she gave great advice on local attractions/options, and was very responsive (homemade welcome lemon gelato was a nice touch!). Just be warned that it’s in Pontone (not Amalfi) so be ready for lots of stairs!

We had a wonderful stay , our hostess was very accommodating, extremely friendly . She showed us around the village, where to buy groceries, catch the bus ect. The apartment was very comfortable, we were able to do washing and enjoy the small village . We also walked to Amalfi & Ravello

Our stay at Lemon in the Air was great. Berengere was a very welcoming and helpful host - from the very tasty lemon sorbet and walking tour of Pontone on our arrival, to help and advice with the sometimes tricky Amalfi coast travel arrangements. The apartment was comfortable, modern and very well equipped. The very close and secure parking spot for our car was a welcome feature. We loved the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in Pontone, especially after the crowds and bustle of Amalfi, Ravello and Positano. It was a great base for hiking in mountains.

Everything was set and ready for our arrival. BB was an amazing host giving us all the to do’s around the town and city. From giving us shuttle services with our delayed flight from Naples airport to providing different ways of transportation with bus schedules and routes. I loved the flat we stayed in and how cozy it was after a long day of walking. The only item I would note is not many buses drop off in Pontone or follow the bus schedule. We would be in Amalfi and the bus drivers would follow it maybe every other hour or two. Amalfi to Pontone is about a 30 minute walk on the stairs which was my personal favorite but it may not work for everyone.
