About this house rental
The house made available is in the historic center. It is the house where I live normally and which I leave when a guest arrives. Spread over three floors. In the house there are two beds: one double (second floor) and a sofa that becomes a double bed (ground floor, immediately after the entrance). Guests have access to the entire apartment. They will therefore have the use of TV, video recorder, radio, WiFi and a rich game library (board games such as: Monopoli, Bang!, Ticket to ride, Scarabeo, Risiko, etc.). I will be present at the arrival of the guests and will always be traceable during their stay. Very willing to give all the useful information to get to know my beautiful city and the surrounding areas. My motto is: hosting means first of all sharing.

Large 3 level apartment in Centro Sulmona. Everything you could need to stay there 25 days, which I did. Full kitchen stove,oven, microwave large refrigerator and freezer. Comfortable bed and showers. Washing machine and a host who will make your stay magical

Monuments, shops, cafés restaurants are at your doorstep. Inside the appartment there are stairs to climb. Bedroom is on top floor. Bed has no separate matresses. Sofa bed on ground floor is possible for one adult, but not very comfortable. Windows are small and there is no balcony. So it is an ideal base to go out. Parking is easy outside the walls of the old town. Acces to the appartment by car is only possible during certain hours during the day. But this applies to the entire old town of Sulmona.
