About this house rental
Perfect for persons coming into the area for work purposes or sporting event. This house is not a luxurious 5 star hotel but it is a safe place with free parking, wifi, air conditioning, fans and central heating. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room. The bedrooms each have two double beds and a TV with Amazon firestick. The living room has a sofa bed, a full size couch and a love seat plus a 75 inch smart TV. Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, cups, dishes, pots, pans and utensils plus big yard space and plenty of parking in the front. You will be occupying the entire floor of this one level brick ranch house. No access to the attic or basement and no laundry facility. The public laundry is less than five minutes away.

* I do not share any space with the guest. My personal apartment is in the basement where I have my own entrance, kitchen and my own bathroom.

It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Vals place. Comfortable place to sleep, shower was nice and cute porches to sit and enjoy the outside. Definitely recommend
