This 1,100 sq. ft. one-story duplex was fully renovated in January 2023 and is designed to feel like your favorite boutique beach hotel — stylish, spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped.
I also own the identical mirror-image unit next door, perfect for friends or family traveling together.

We had a great stay. I reached out to Gayle before the trip and she responded almost immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of linens. The house was very clean.

Place was as advertised! Clean and its proximity to everything was great! Within walking distance to beach, downtown Venice, sharky’s on the pier! We didn’t rent a car didn’t need it!
