This 1,100 sq. ft. one-story duplex was fully renovated in January 2023 and is designed to feel like your favorite boutique beach hotel — stylish, spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped.
I also own the identical mirror-image unit next door, perfect for friends or family traveling together.

Good place. Clean. If it were us, the tile floor needs to be replaced. I took a picture of a spot where the tile was coming up asap we got there. Otherwise it was good.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood - close to beaches. Beds are very comfortable, living room furniture not so much. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Very nice lanai. The flooring needs to be replaced - it is buckling and starting to separate. We appreciated the shark tooth hunting tools, cooler, and beach chairs. Some of the chairs have seen better days - we donated a new one. Overall, a good home base while enjoying beautiful Venice.
