St Jean de Monts beautiful family villa 112 m2, modern decoration with heated 4x7 chlorine-free swimming pool, located in a cul-de-sac Orouët sector 600 m from the large beach of the Seagulls, the national forest and 400 m from the shops (U express, pharmacy, bakeries, fishmonger, press, shops, restaurants, market ...)
Many leisure activities nearby (horseback riding, Atlantic slide, funfair, rosalie rental...) Everything can be done on foot or by bike (available in the garage)
A little further on, walk on the corniche in St Hilaire de Riez, walk and sea fishing in St Gilles croix de vie, daily market in the centre of St Jean de Monts accessible by bike in 30 minutes through the forest, tree climbing...

We were a family group of grandparents, son, daughter and husband and grandchildren aged 4 months and 2.5years. The house was very suitable for our needs. It is extremely well equipped especially with equipment for young children. The accommodation was very clean and attractively decorated. The garden and pool were very secure for young children with garden and pool toys. The house is well located close to beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and takeaways. The host was excellent at answering any questions we had. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

The house was excellent and spotless, we couldn’t fault it for our needs. The kids loved being able to go in the pool whenever they wanted!The kitchen is very well equipped and there were lots of other things we didn’t expect to be provided!

Fantastic house with great facilities- just as described and exceeded expectations.We had extreme temperatures and fans would have been beneficial however host advised air conditioning is being fitted next season.

A great property with excellent facilities exatly as described. Ideal for exploring the locality, close to beach and other amenities. Hosts were very helpful.
