This single-storey villa has 4 bedrooms with in the first sleeping area 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 equipped with an 80cm TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190, a bathroom with shower + separate toilet.
The second sleeping area includes
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed equipped with an 80cm TV, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190, a bathroom with shower + WC.
The 2 sleeping areas are separated by a beautiful veranda of 25m2 and a large living room, living room (with TV of 189cm), fitted kitchen of 50m2
Ideal for 2 families where you can preserve your privacy.
It also has an attached garage with the possibility of storing bicycles.
Outside, on one side you will find a terrace with heated swimming pool of 6mx3m with garden furniture, deckchairs and armchairs.
On the other side, 3 private parking spaces with secure gate.
