Apartment located in the Cala de Villajoyosa in Benidorm, with capacity up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with a large balcony through which it communicates with the main room and kitchen with island. It is located in the Balcón del Mar urbanization, on the top floor of the building, with large common areas and two communal swimming pools. The apartment has wonderful sea views from the living room and the main room and fantastic mountain views from the other bedroom and kitchen. It is on the beachfront, it is a new building and in front it has a large boulevard with gardens and playground.
The area is magnificent with easy access to shopping centers, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Benidorm for a more bustling option.

Perfect property to stay with great location and amazing views. Met the owners who were really lovely people and always quick to reply. Well equipped apartment, close to supermarket and lovely restaurants and bars .Will definitely be back.
