Bedrooms: 3 spacious sleeping areas (1 Queen Master, 1 Twin with Trundle on the main level, and 2 Twin beds in the open upper loft).
Bathrooms: 1.5 baths (Full main-level bath with a newly tiled shower, plus an upper loft half-bath).
Capacity: Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Loved this place! Definitely want to go back! Amazing access and views of the river! Loved the gated front porch and the home was so cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay!

We loved the location and the property. The cleanliness needs some work... multiple dusty cobwebs around the house, some with dead bugs hanging in them. All of the plastic colored plates were dirty with food stuck on them, as well as other dirty dishes. The washing machine did not work, and there's a big hole in the deck. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and enjoyed the property, just wished the place was better maintained.
