Booked this venue for my fathers birthday getaway and this home was lovely I really enjoyed this beautiful house

Property would have been great if not for issues with cleanliness when we arrived. Floors were so dirty they left my toddlers feet and legs covered in black soot when we let him crawl for a few min. We ended up mopping the floors our first day. Trash bins outside were completely full when we got there so we had no place to put our trash from the weekend. Reporting these issues to the company felt really disingenuous and somewhat robotic when they responded.
