Beautiful duplex and layout. New appliances. Quiet neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic. Company response back quick if you have a question or an issue. Great AC. Beautiful shower in master bathroom. Very spacious. Had use of grill outside. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Available WI-FI. Close to Boardwalk and short drive to the beach. Kids enjoyed themselves.
Had a lot of scuff marks on the walls throughout duplex m, broken blind in master bedroom, extra furniture in garage (couch & dresser)which made it hard to get and out on passenger side, couch had stains and trash in between cushion, black hair was in shower, and trashcan outside was already overflowing when we arrived. No patio furniture outside to sit in. Hot water didn’t last long with 9 guest. 2 of the bedroom mattress had stains on them once we removed the bedding for departure as requested in email. Have more photos but only would let me upload 4 pictures. I took video and pictures of any damage or issues so I wouldn’t be blamed for it.
