If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. Loved the balcony off the bedroom. Plenty of dishes in kitchen so that was great for cooking. Unit is a little outdated and the street noise was louder than we had read in other reviews it’s right next to a very busy bridge to the key. Great location for restaurants we walked everywhere which was nice.

The only issue was the doors were hard to close and we had to call maintenance several times to help us get them closed we were told the owners didn’t know about them and they needed to be replaced But that was the only issue everything else was great the residents in the condos were really nice and were friendly at all times area was clean and it was a great location

The location was great. We loved Siesta Key. The property was good. Make sure you bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper and dishwasher soap.
