We invite you to stay in our spacious condo managed by The Anchorage Community Rental Program. The Community Rental Program provides quality homes at a fair price and is managed by experienced professionals located onsite at The Anchorage complex.
'Siesta Chillin' is a spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo located across from the beautiful crystal sands of Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Siesta Chillin has been recently updated and has all the conveniences of home in an amazing vacation ...spot at The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club.
When you walk through the front door, a large welcoming space greets you with our freshly renovated open-concept kitchen, quality furnishings, new floors and luxury linens. Siesta Chillin is a very large unit at 1280 square feet. Everyone loves the spacious balcony that covers the entire width of the condo so it is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Southern exposure makes the condo bright and cheerful with picturesque views through the sliding glass doors in every room. The condo cpmplex backs up to the Inter-Costal Waterway with a serene park-like setting. Amenities include heated Olympic-sized pool, lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, exercise roomnand free boat docking.
Everything you need is within walking distance from The Anchorage. The market, charter boats, fishing equipment, jet ski rentals, kayak/paddleboard rentals, para-sailing and bike rentals are just across the street. Convenience stores and several great dining establishments are only a short stroll to the hidden treasure of Siesta South Village. There is even some of Sarasota's best Karaoke! You can also hitch a free ride (tips appreciated) to Siesta Key Village where a wide range of shopping and dining fun awaits. Or, hop in you car and explore the local attractions of Sarasota and St. Armand's Circle.

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key. The location was great for us. It’s across the street from the beach and short walk to the Orange Octopus (ice cream) and Captain Curt’s. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4, but not our favorite place we stayed at. It's pretty noisy at night, due to being so close to the bridge. The unit was not clean when we arrived. The kitchen counters, some dishes, the fridge, and the floors were dirty. The management team offered another cleaning, but I declined as we had stayed for 2 days already and didn’t feel comfy having someone in the unit and I cleaned already. The shower door needs a replacement. We could barely open/close it. Again, the management team sent someone up right away to look at it. It worked better for a day, but we continued to have issues for the rest of our stay. We also didn't have control over the AC - the owner was kind enough to lower the temperature to 70 at night as per our request, but we weren't able to adjust anything during our stay. We only had 3 beach towels in the unit. The management team gave us an extra one but said that there would be a charge for additional towels. The unit does not have a washer/dryer - there is a laundry room on the floor to use for a fee, so it would have been nice to have another set of beach towels. The management team was great, but the unit needs some work and deep cleaning.
