Splendid Villa Pica offers all amenities, large common spaces and 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. It is composed by a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a second unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( in the same building, but not internally connected)
You can dine outside, relax together with family and friends by the splendid private pool, and enjoy breathtaking views!
This villa is an excellent base for visiting the Cassibile Nature Reserve; the famous cities of Marzamemi, Modica and Noto; the beaches of Fontane Bianche; and beautiful Ragusa, Syracuse, and nearby Avola (just 10 km away).
At guests’ disposal: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; private saltwater pool (9,7 x 3,7 meters; 1,5 meters deep); private garden; outdoor space furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining; Wifi internet; air conditioning; parking.

Villa Pica was the perfect choice for our family, offering a peaceful and private retreat in the beautiful countryside near Avola. The pool was fantastic, surrounded by lovely scenery and complete privacy, with no overlooking properties. There were plenty of sun loungers and comfortable seating, as well as a shaded area that was perfect for escaping the midday sun.
The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, including fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
Although the villa is reached via a steep, winding road into the hills, the drive is absolutely worthwhile. The tranquility, stunning surroundings, and complete privacy make it a truly special place, while all the shops, restaurants, and amenities in Avola are just a 10-minute drive away.
A special thank you to Marco, who was outstanding throughout our stay. We booked at very short notice on the same day due to an issue with our previous accommodation, and he had the villa ready for us within just a few hours. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring we made the most of our stay, and even offered a flexible and hassle-free check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better host and would highly recommend Villa Pica to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Sicily.

Often pictures make a property look better than it is, not in this case. The house and location are stunning so peaceful and private. It was our first time in Sicily and a great choice. There was only 4 of us, so the house was bigger than we needed, but the pool and privacy were such a draw that we decided to book it anyway, it was a good choice. Would book again. Host was responsive and pleasant, faultless experience.

Villa Pica is a fantastic and peaceful property located high up in the mountains overlooking Avola. Marco was fantastic with us and helped us in many ways: he brought us speakers to play music, he booked taxis for us to go wherever we want and was very responsive and polite. This is a great getaway property for small groups / couples / families. Highly recommended.
