Just one row from the beach, this stunning new home has every detail carefully planned to make your stay exceptional. The exterior boasts a private pool, multiple decks with views, and a short walk to the beach access. Sand and sunshine are right at your fingertips!
The top level is flooded with natural light and is exquisitely decorated. The chef of your family will love the modern kitchen, and the barstools make it easy to chat and keep each other company while cooking. Your group will love relaxing in the living room for a movie or reading a book.
If your group can't decide on a movie or game, the lower level offers an additional family room with a TV and space for your group to hang out. The kitchenette is great to store more snacks within easy access of those staying on this level.
Every room is equipped with a full ensuite, ensuring the utmost comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. An elevator* provides easy access between floors. The decks are accessible from the bedrooms or the living rooms, meaning you can grab a breath of salt air and sunshine whenever you'd like!

A Wave from It All is available in the summer for weekend check in/check out only, and has a 3 night minimum in the off season.
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
*We cannot guarantee the elevator will be functional due to circumstances beyond our control. Clear elevator instructions are included in the home welcome guide. Guests must read these carefully before operating, and any service calls resulting from user error will incur a fee.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant from start to finish, which made the entire process stress-free. The house itself was spotless upon arrival – very clean and well-kept.It’s tucked away in a quiet, isolated spot that gave us a real sense of privacy, yet it was still super convenient. There was plenty of space inside and out, making it perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook meals at home, and the fridge was a great size – definitely larger than the typical vacation rental!There’s a convenient foyer area right inside the entrance where we could drop our beach gear, which made cleanup easy after a day in the sand. The private pool and shower was a great bonus—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after the beach. We also noticed there was a charcoal grill available; it was clean and in good condition, though we didn’t end up using it this trip.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. A short 5-minute walk took us straight to the beach and back – no hassle at all. We were tempted to rent a golf cart (they're pretty popular around here), but honestly, we didn’t need it with everything so close. Publix, Lowe’s Foods, and other shops were just a quick drive away, which made grocery runs super easy.All in all, this house checked all the boxes. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house worked well for our family group, which included 4 teenagers, 3 parents, and 1 grandparent. We all had a wonderful time! The living spaces on two different floors and around the pool gave us lots of flexibility!!! The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The linen service should have left more towels, but there were just 8 of us, so it was not a problem. We rented an extended golf cart for the week, which I would recommend to all.
