About this house rental
Judeon is an authentic stone farmhouse with all the comforts to spend a dream holiday!
Built on the hillside, under the village of Lacoste, it enjoys a fabulous view of the Luberon, wild, on the agricultural plain, sometimes colored red poppies in the wheat fields, sometimes blue when the lavender is in bloom , on the perched villages typical of the region, especially Bonnieux and Mont Ventoux.
The house is ideally located to visit the region, Roussillon, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Goult, Come, Ménerbes, Gordes, are just minutes away, Aix en Provence, Avignon and Mont Ventoux less than an hour away and Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea at about 1:30.
Perfect area for sports, hiking trails possible from home, mountain biking (bike rental Bonnieux or Coustellet), bike path, the luberon cycle route, in the plain, climbing site in Buoux or small wall Bonnieux , Julien bridge, equestrian center with possibility of stroll in the plain.
The house has a surface of approximately 120 m2, it includes:
On the ground floor,
a laundry (washing machine, dryer, freezer),
a kitchen open to the dining room (hotplate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), window overlooking Bonnieux and access to the terrace,
a dining room, bay window overlooking the courtyard and the garden
a large living room with 2 armchairs and 2 sofas, a cozy fireplace on autumn evenings (wood provided), a bay window overlooking the courtyard, a fixed bay overlooking the garden, the vineyards and the luberon, 2 windows to the l 'East ,
Upstairs,
a room with 1 bed 140 cm,
a room with two beds in 90 cm,
a bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
Outside:
A paved and flowered inner courtyard with covered terrace, very pleasant on summer evenings, with a Barbecue,
A private garden where you can relax in the shade of the centenary linden or bask in the middle of the vines listening to the cicadas,
A vast space swimming pool sported apart from the house common to the 2 other hirings (lodging 2 and 4 people) with panoramic sight (swimming pool 15 m * 7m) .Each hiring is independent and benefits of privatory space.
The outdoor areas are equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds (deckchair).
