Elegant 120 sqm apartment recently renovated, ground floor of a villa surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region, with private parking, entrance and garden.
The living area consists of 3 very bright rooms, thanks to large windows overlooking the garden: living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, dining room with display cabinet equipped with dishes and glasses, including wine glasses, spacious and equipped kitchen , with oven, dishwasher and all cooking utensils, as well as cooking books and magazines. Outside aromatic plants (rosemary, thyme, basil, chives ...) available to guests.
In the sleeping area 1 double bedroom with panoramic window overlooking the garden, internal bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can become a double bed, bathroom with tub.
Sitting area and table for outdoor dining, barbecue, hammock in the trees, bookcase, piano and board games to complete your relaxation! The apartment is very cool even in August and outside you can always enjoy a pleasant breeze.
Maison Margot is located in a 13th century village dominated by the ancient fortress, on a hill just 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Riviera delle Palme. The apartment is located in a very quiet but well served area: supermarket, petrol station, tobacconist, newsagent and pizzeria a few meters away. A short walk will take you to the center of the village. Staying at "Maison Margot" gives the opportunity to alternate with the days spent on the beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, trips to discover the wonderful medieval villages of the hinterland: Offida, Monteprandone, Ripatransone and of course the splendid city of Ascoli. Interesting historical re-enactments, summer markets and many festivals to learn about the flavors of our sea and land cuisine.

The apartment with fenced garden in a quiet environment is a true jewel. The modern furnished apartment is with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with large TV beautiful. The terrace with sea views is open for breakfast.

We loved everything about the place. Owners were helpful in finding parking. Lots of stairs, so be prepared. We all felt safe and at home!!

Lovely house with private parking. We'll situated to explore the region. Very modern and up to date. Lovely view from the patio. Great communication with the owner and her mother (who was able to show us the house, and also lovely to deal with). Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very well equipped and stylish.
It is perfect for visiting the surrounding area and near enough to the beach.
We really recommend it if you want a quite location.
