Looks just like the pictures and is quite close (a short drive) to a laundromat, supermarkets, and the coast for beach time. Beds were comfortable to lie on, the shower water pressure is good. The hosts were kind and welcoming. Marvi’s husband speaks great English, and for most things we got by with Google Translate.
If you’re sensitive to the heat, I would recommend this isn’t a good choice for the summer months. We found the heat to be overwhelming and without A/C, or flyscreens over windows, once the house is hot, it is hard to cool down. We bought a fan but it was no match for the heatwave in Italy. we found it tough to get a good night of sleep (August) because of the heat and humidity.

Beautiful location, close to Torano Nuovo and the coast. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the scenery.
Apartment smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.
