Welcome to Surfside! Where you will experience beautiful Siesta Key Living! This 3-Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps up to 6. Inside, on the first living level, you will find a large, open living area, a half bathroom, a nice sized balcony for enjoying that island breeze, and a large kitchen with plenty of space to cook in. The second living level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a washer and dryer, and another balcony off the bedrooms. This home is equipped with 2 parking spaces: 1 in the drive way and 1 carport space in the rear. For your convenience, there is an onsite beach access path that will lead you to the sugary sands and crystal-clear waters. This home is just a short stroll to the Siesta Key Village with a large variety of dining and shopping options. Capture your piece of paradise with this fabulous Siesta Key townhome.

Friendly and so close to beach. Appreciate the wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Rooftop is nice feature, beautiful view of sunsets. Hot tub was out of order and umbrella needs repair but we were at the beach

Location to Siesta Key Village is a 3 minute walk.. Check-in was a breeze... Neighbors are super great people and accommodations were good.We will be back.

overall we had a great stay! easily accommodated 6 people comfortably.our check-in was a little bumpy as the electronic lock on the door was not working and it took over an hour of waiting to get inside. the management company was very responsive about it but unfortunately it wasn't working for them as well. once we were able to enter, all was fine after that. the place provided beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella but all were well used and several of the chairs and the umbrella were broken. they did give us a few more chairs to use, i assume because of our check-in issues. overall the place was as described, it was nice having a separate living area from the bedrooms for those who wanted to stay up later. it would have been nice to have a few more towels as there were just 6. i would suggest that they provide hand towels for the bathrooms as well. with all being said, i would stay here again. it is a great set up, can't beat the location, close to the beach and restaurants.
